I have read a lot of messages warning people to repent because we can sense within our spirit that something hugh is coming and we need to be ready for when our Messiah returns. We know we need to get our lifes in line with the will of Yahuah but do we really know what to repent off? Is it just to say you’re sorry for the sin that you have committed?

I want to add a couple of things which came to mind that I believe we need to repent off. Hopefully this might just help someone, even if it helps only one person.

The word “repentance” literally means to return (to the Father’s ways) and not just to say ‘im sorry’ without any permanent change of mind afterwards.

Fistly we need to approach this repentance matter in humility and to know that we have all been deceived according to the scriptures, everyone has..
Everything we know needs to be lined up according to His word. There has been a lot of lies and deception sowed into the body of Messiah centuries ago and they have been passed on to us through traditions. This might seem new to some of you.

We are told by scripture to “get out of her my people that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues.”
We need to get back to the good way, “the ancent path” that will lead to life.

Im just scrathing the surface here but one way of doing this is to get out of religion as well as the spiritual binding that we are caught in completely, likewise the ‘world’ and what it offers and dont rely on someone to tell you what the word says, go and read it yourselve. You will be surprised to see the opposite of what you have been taught all your life through religion. Yahusha said we need to follow Him, not some denominsation or religion. He is the Word and all of it, not only the sliver in the back of the book.

We need to get back to obidience to the Torah / Law and have the faith of Yahusha all together. The Torah is spiritual according to scripture and we are commanded to worship Yahuah in spirit and in Truth (Faith and Obidience) He wants this His way and not how we want to worship Him.

Repent from wicked thoughts / works that conflicts against the 10 commandments.
The 2 most important commandments (Love Yah and love people) are broken up into two groups that makes up the 10 commandments to show us how to do them.

We need to get back to Yahuah’s feasts and to through out those pagan traditional feasts of the world.

This might seem like a lot and many people will try to get out of them because of tradition or does not want to search the truth out for themselves or not having a heart to obey Yahuah but it is easy and no burden at all when you have the ‘want to obey’ heart.

Search the Father in prayer and search these things out for yourselves. There is no time to try and win arguments in these matters, we need to be humble and teachable like little children and follow the scriptures that He has given us. It is the light on a very dark path that will lead you to life.

Let us all examine ourselves and ask Yahuah to reveal hidden sin and deception in our lives that you might not even be aware of.

Hopefully we can all strive to live a lifestyle in proper repentancy and be excepted by Messiah when He returns.
