A lot of believers in the apostolic and prophetic circles may talk and sound prophetic but we need to seriously take stock of where we are in terms of our spiritual developments. There are progressive landmarks in our spiritual journey with distinctive features that can reveal the exact location and position of our spiritual growth in no uncertain terms.

As fivefold ministers, we aren’t by design equipped by God to COMPLETELY and FULLY EQUIP believers under our jurisdiction. God created the Body Corporate to function as a team both nationally and globally. Ministers must grow up spiritually to the level where they now can effectively synergize and work with other fivefold ministers. There is no competition and comparison amongst fivefold ministers. Ministers who don’t have the grace to accurately discern the various ministerial anointings and graces carried by other ministers in the Body corporate including having a sound understanding of their own graces and giftings are susceptible to misbehave, misrepresent the Body, and ultimately involve themselves in creation of divisions and strife in the body corporate.

The truth is that believers in our churches have amassed alot of spiritual knowledge not only from the pulpit but also from other sources for instance, the internet. Yet fivefold ministers have operated independently of each other for far too long to the detriment of the members in their churches who aren’t able to be fed the best meal (Word of God) that they should be getting. The immaturity of ministers is at the heart of the issue and is a major reason for this issue.
