There are a lot of unhealed, non-delivered ”believers” in the church today who are in sexual sin, greedy, have idols before God, are abusive, drunk, and cheat people. It is our responsibility to judge those inside the church who act like they are Christians but are actively in sin.
We are to give them a chance to repent and come clean but if they refuse then we are to remove them according to Paul. Sin should be rare in a leaders and true believer’s life.
When is the last time you heard a pastor preach these verses? We have allowed those in witchcraft and sin to infiltrate God’s church and put many into leadership positions, corrupting the body of Christ.
When a new believer begins to attend church they should next be taken through getting their soul wounds healed (forgiving those who hurt them, repenting for pride and sin, the sanctification process, including deliverance from demons) but way too many have been church attenders for years and continue to live in sin, fruit of the flesh, demonic manifestations and are corrupting the church, causing division, gossiping, sexual sin, selfish, liars, cheaters, witchcraft and have no fruit of the spirit. Sin should be rare in a mature believer’s life and they should exhibit much of the fruit of the spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control) humility and sexual purity.
Pastors need to speak the truth and help their people get healed of their wounds and delivered from their demons and to remove people from leadership and in their church who are actively in sin with no desire or intent to repent.
