Most of our spiritual verbiage has no facts or evidence. It is simply an idea in the mind. And maybe that idea has some truth and maybe it doesn’t. But ultimately we need to be mature enough to face ourselves with a raw and real pursuit of evidence.
We are Spirit. Sounds good. What is Spirit and can you show it to me? No, Spirit is invisible. So I am to believe in Spirit that cannot reveal itself just because I am told it is true? Maybe some things are beyond our ability to perceive and I can get on board with that. But I also need to get on board with letting go of absolutes without proof or evidence.
I could say, maybe we are Spirit, I guess we will find out someday. That would be a more mature response. But to claim and promote what has no proof is simply dillusional. The last thing we want to do is lead people in fables. No one knows if oneness is the ultimate reality or a hope. No one knows if unconditional love is the source because the evidence reveals a fucked up world of hate and division. We hope unconditional love is the source of everything but in our human demonstration it is not.

Is there fear of what could be and our need to cling to absolutes is some kind of denial of that fear? Definitely possible. We do that all the time in many different ways.
Whatever reality is, it is inevitable that we will have to face it head on at some point. I think it is healthy to hope and believe for the best. But also be open to the worst possible scenario as well. But first let go of what has been defined as the worst. Letting go of duality helps in worst case scenarios. Because there is no worst case. There is only reality. Facing it without fear is possible. But we won’t know how much denial we are in within fear if we hold to absolutes we cannot prove except in our imagination.
Look for proof. And when there is none, stand neutral in hope. But don’t let hope presume upon fallacies that are denials soaked in fear.
Full disclosure is coming soon. And when it happens we will all be surprised at what reality has actually been the entire time.
