The other day I drove by a Church and on their sign it said this:
Our mission is to:
1) Worship God
2) Reach the lost

Although I completely agree that these two things are very very important, but what major element is missing?

EQUIPPING THE SAINTS for the work of ministry (Eph 4:12)

When Jesus returns, will He find us busy in ministry or just living our life for ourselves? Will He ask “What have you done with my Spirit living in you to establish my Kingdom in the Earth?”

For hundreds of years the primary focus of the Church has overlooked the Equipping of the Saints. That’s quite obvious since the overwhelming majority of the Church (worldwide Church) is not working in any form of ministry.

BUT…the latter shall be greater! God is restoring the 5-fold ministry back to the Church and the best is yet to come! There’s a big Church shake down getting ready to happen. So blessed to be living in these final days!
