God is exposing a “quarreling” spirit in the body of Christ right now. We must heed Paul’s exhortation to Timothy and be on guard against the devil’s schemes

“Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth.” 2 Tim 2:23-25

❌ Quarrelsome people are highly opinionated. They chase the prize of being “right” over the treasure of “relationship”.

❌ Quarrelsome people love to argue and debate online. Often what they attack in others is hiding within themselves. Hypocrisy is ugly!

❌ Quarrelsome people are not seeking truth. They operate out of assumption, misinformation, and half-truths. In their minds, everyone is guilty until they are proven innocent.

❌ Quarrelsome people are plagued by a religious spirit that causes them to magnify the sins of others in order to conceal their own.

❌ Quarrelsome people are not in your corner because they would rather be involved in your business. Their incessant need to stir up trouble and strife concerning others is a warning to anyone not to get close to them because you are next!

❌ Quarrelsome people are addicted to drama and thrive off controversy and spread division. They partner with the demon of leviathan which causes them to twist others words, question their motives, hear things never said, and sabotage relationships.

❌ Quarrelsome people seek to ruin the reputation of others by painting themselves as a victim. They seek destruction not restoration. Their aim is vengeance and often times have personal vendettas against those who they accuse of wrongdoing.

“It is an honor for a man to keep his distance from strife, but every fool will be found quarreling.” Prov 20:3
