As a christian washed by the blood of Christ, you must know which spiritual tribe you belong to. This is the time for christians to know their spiritual registries similarly to what Mary & Joseph did. By “spiritual registry”, I am referring to a christian (saint) locating his/her spiritual identity.

Every christian in PNG must now shift from having a denominational view to having a much broader view of their spiritual position and function (work description). Having an understanding of one’s spiritual position and function can only be determined by locating one’s spiritual tribe. A christian may envision his spiritual tribe to be his current church, i.e. AOG, COC, PNG Bible Church, CRC, Baptist, etc, however, it is much more than that.

Firstly, the present Evangelical, Pentecostal and Charismatic churches need to locate authentic apostolic and prophetic leaders who are graced by Father God to lead churches. Let me remind you that it is NOT the role of pastors and evangelists to lead churches rather it is the role of apostles (authentic apostles) to lead churches.

1 Corinthians 12 clearly tells us that “God has ordained FIRSTLY apostles, SECONDLY prophets…to ADMINISTRATE the operations of His Church”. Pastors and Evangelists feed, nourish and baby seat the sheep, however apostles and prophets provide the overall leadership to His Church whether it be a local church, national church or global church. THIS IS THE BIBLICAL PATTERN FOR BUILDING CHURCHES.
