All is Mental. This is the first and foundational Hermetic Principle… The All is Mind; the Universe is Mental. Everything we perceive, experience, create, and dissolve arises from the substance of consciousness. Physical matter is but crystallized thought, vibrating at slower frequencies. Before the form, there is idea… before the movement, there is intent. This means the cosmos itself is not merely governed by intelligence… it IS intelligence.

You are not a mind trapped in a body, but rather a formless presence wielding the tool of the mind to shape your experience of reality. This realization flips the paradigm.. we are not reacting to reality, we are projecting it. Your inner world becomes the sacred architecture upon which your outer world is constructed!

The other Hermetic Principles… Correspondence, Vibration, Polarity, Rhythm, Cause and Effect, and Gender… each emerge from Mentalism and teach us how this mental universe functions.

Correspondence reflects that what is above is like what is below… the macrocosm reflects the microcosm.

Vibration reminds us that nothing rests, and all things move… including thoughts and emotions.

Polarity teaches that all truths are half-truths, and every extreme contains its opposite… just as love and hate are the same energy at different frequencies.

Rhythm shows us that life moves in tides, in cycles, and in spirals — never truly linear.

Cause and Effect points to every action having an echo, whether seen or unseen.

And finally, Gender teaches that everything contains both the masculine and feminine principles within… not in terms of biology, but in archetypal energy: the active and receptive, the directive and the nurturing, the seed and the womb.

When we apply these principles consciously, we no longer feel powerless. We begin to recognize that the mind is not a prison, but a forge. The masculine aspect of the mind… focused thought, logic, structure, will.. is like the chisel, while the feminine aspect… intuition, imagination, receptivity, emotion.. is the clay. The chisel alone has no substance to shape.. the clay alone has no direction. But when the two are unified, we become conscious creators.

This inner marriage is the true alchemical union, the sacred balance that activates what some call the “Christ Consciousness,” or the “Remembrance Mind,” the part of us that knows we are divine, powerful, and one with the All.

In this space of union, duality dissolves. We are no longer fragmented, but integrated. The left brain and the right brain no longer compete… they dance in unison. The ego no longer fights the soul… it serves it. The dormant aspects of your mind… your creativity, your telepathic intuition, your heightened perception, your regenerative potential.. begin to reawaken because you are no longer at war with yourself.

You’ve now tuned your frequency to the divine blueprint that was always within you. And from this state of mental mastery, rooted in love, not fear… you no longer merely survive within the dream of life… you lucidly create form from within it!
