Jesus never died on a cross. It is symbolic.

Jesus’s body is a symbol of your lower mind. The base level of earth consciousness. The instinctual, animal mind. When we dwell in this state, it blocks us from reaching higher consciousness.

The sacrifice of Jesus is symbolic of the sacrifice we must make within. The death of the old self. The killing of survival thinking, old belief systems, and the instinct-driven mind. Only through this inner death can we transform our inner world and awaken to a higher understanding of self and reality.

Earth-based consciousness is rooted in the brain stem. Jesus on the cross symbolises this. The brain stem governs automatic responses, the fight or flight mechanism, and the survival functions of the body.

To transcend into higher awareness, we must gain control over our impulses. We must rise above earthly pleasures and stop living on autopilot, which is merely experiencing without awareness. We must sacrifice this part of ourselves to become truly living. To awaken from the spiritual deadness that keeps us asleep.

Only then can we enter the light of conscious awareness and truly begin.
