Most people think truth is only facts.
But facts are only one layer.

Real truth has three levels—because you have three levels:

1) MIND TRUTH = FACTS

This is objective reality.

It asks:
• What happened?
• What’s proven?
• What are the numbers, evidence, and patterns?
• What are the likely outcomes?

Mind truth keeps you from fantasy, projection, and self-deception.

But mind truth alone can still lead you into a life that feels empty.

2) HEART TRUTH = VALUES

This is your moral and emotional compass.

It asks:
• What matters most to me?
• What feels honorable, clean, and human?
• Who gets hurt or helped by this choice?
• Does this match the kind of person I want to be?

Heart truth protects your integrity.

But heart truth alone can still keep you stuck in guilt, people-pleasing, or “being good” at your own expense.

3) SOUL TRUTH = ALIGNMENT

This is not emotion. It’s resonance.

It asks:
• Does this expand me or shrink me?
• Does this choice move me toward my real path?
• If no one approved… would I still choose it?
• Will future-me respect this decision?

Soul truth is the quiet “yes” that doesn’t need permission.

But soul truth without mind and heart can become impulsive, ungrounded, or spiritually rationalized.

THE 3-LEVEL DECISION FILTER (Use this anytime you feel stuck)

When a decision appears, run it through all three:

Step 1 — Mind Check (Facts)
• What do I know vs assume?
• What is the cost, risk, timeline, and trade-off?

Step 2 — Heart Check (Values)
• Does this protect my dignity and someone else’s?
• Does this violate my boundaries or integrity?

Step 3 — Soul Check (Alignment)
• Does this bring me closer to my purpose—or my fear?
• Do I feel clearer after choosing it, or heavier?

The Rule:
• If Mind says yes, Heart says no → it’s profitable but poisonous.
• If Heart says yes, Mind says no → it’s beautiful but unstable.
• If Soul says yes, but Mind and Heart are uneasy → slow down and refine the path.
• When all three say yes → move. That’s truth you can build a life on.
