Some may say the distance between India and the West is thousands of miles.
Geographically, yes.
Spiritually… not as far as you think.
When Jesus said the Kingdom is within, He wasn’t offering poetry.
He was pointing to EXPERIENCE.
Paul echoes that same interior emphasis — the law written on the heart, conscience, transformation. He even suggests our thoughts accuse or excuse us.
You rarely hear the second part.
That’s why you follow this page 🙂

GRACE VS TRANSFORMATION ⚖️
————————————
We say: “We’re not saved by works.”
Ideologically — true.
You cannot earn God’s love.
But practically?
You shall know them by their fruits.
Every time.
What is in you is what you say.
What is in you is what you do.
So when theology becomes an excuse to avoid discipline, it stops being GOOD NEWS and becomes spiritual bypassing.
My issue with much of the modern conversation around sanctification is simple:
It isn’t pragmatic.
It isn’t embodied.
It doesn’t produce saints.

YOGA AS A SCIENCE OF TRANSFORMATION 🧠
————————————
Yoga treated inner change like a SCIENCE.
The Yoga Sutras describe qualities that mirror the fruits of the Spirit — patience, restraint, compassion, truthfulness, devotion, non-attachment.
God is not hiding.
Truth leaves fingerprints everywhere.
If you’re serious about theosis…
serious about awakening…
serious about bearing the image of the Divine…
We need a MAP.
The moment you say “technique,” some people panic.
But what is fasting?
What is prayer?
What is contemplation?
What is self-control?
TECHNIQUES.

PAUL AND THE NERVOUS SYSTEM 🫀
————————————
Paul describes the exact gap yoga tried to solve:
“I do what I do not want to do.”
That is nervous system reactivity before we had the language.
Yogis specialized in closing the gap between intention and behavior.
Breath.
Attention.
Energy regulation.
Habit formation.
Kriya-inspired practice makes the chain obvious:
Breath slows → nervous system stabilizes
Nervous system stabilizes → reactivity drops
Reactivity drops → choice increases
Choice increases → virtue becomes possible
Sanctification becomes physiological.
————————————
DEVOTION NEEDS METHOD 🕊️
————————————
These practices don’t replace devotion.
They make devotion sustainable.
Stillness is neurological.
Compassion is regulatory.
Self-control is trained capacity.
Uncomfortable with deities? Fine.
Take the science.
Chew the meat, throw out the bones.
Historically, saints were formed where devotion met discipline.
Mysticism plus method.
Modern Western spirituality often kept the language but lost the training.
That’s why people feel inspired… but unchanged.
————————————
SPIRITUAL TECHNOLOGY 🌍
————————————
Eastern traditions preserved methods.
Christian mystics preserved depth.
If we are serious about sanctification, we learn from disciplined traditions.
We take medicine from other nations.
We use technology created across the world.
We adopt psychological frameworks globally.
So why reject SPIRITUAL TECHNOLOGY that helps devotion become embodied?
There is no contradiction in borrowing wisdom that produces love, restraint, clarity, courage, compassion.
Only humility.

THE SERIOUS INVITATION 🔥
————————————
If transformation is the goal, excuses disappear.
Yoga is not competition with Christianity.
It is a map for embodiment.
And saints are not formed by belief alone —
they are formed by practiced presence.
If we are serious about theosis…
serious about being a light on a hill…
serious about bearing the image of the Divine…
We should learn from those who trained for it.
