We Start With Saucha.
Saucha is a Sanskrit term from the yogic tradition. It means purity. Purification. Cleanliness. The first niyama, the first inner observance, the first sacred practice on the path toward Godliness.

We are swimming in a sea of toxins, and most of us didn’t choose to dive in. We were dropped there. Demeaned, demoted, diminished from the very start by systems designed to keep us shallow, distracted, and spiritually malnourished.

The assault is total. Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual.

Which is exactly why we begin with purification. We meet total poison with total cleansing.

Understand Who You Are and Why You Are Here…
Most of the world right now is reactive. Responding to the shadow. Pulled by fear, outrage, confusion, collapse. Tossed by every wave of darkness that crashes through the collective field.

You are different.
You are responding to something else entirely. A sacred impulse. A call from the deepest intelligence of life itself.

Something in you recognized this moment and said yes before your mind had a chance to deliberate. That yes is not accident. That yes is destiny meeting choice.

Purify the Mind.
You cannot find purity of mind in a constant field of energetic interference and noise. Opinions flying from every direction. Everyone in media has a take. Everyone has an angle. And opinions are not purity.

You may be desperately seeking an anchor of clarity. You will not find it in the noise of others. It lives in the deep resonance of your inner knowing, your inner muscle, which has to be trained and fiercely protected.

Suzanne, my wife, started a ritual in our home. A lockbox where the smartphones go at a certain hour. Locked. Inaccessible until morning. No dopamine ambush waiting for a weak moment.

Sometimes you have to take those measures to reclaim your own sovereignty. Shield your phones electromagnetically. Guard the gate of your mind like the warrior you are.

Purify the Body.
You know what serves you and what poisons you. No lecture needed. The real question is whether you are purifying according to your own standard. Reducing the toxins you actually have control over. Colonics, fasting, parasite cleanses, liver cleanses. These are not indulgences. They are acts of internal warfare. As you go deeper down that road, every day you become cleaner, fresher, more alive. These are spiritual contaminants. Every one of them. Engineered to keep you living on the surface of life, never touching the staggering depth of your own being.

The hijack is designed. The shallowness is manufactured. And your liberation from it begins with a single decision to stop feeding it.

Purity is Your Shield. Purity is Your Sword.

Not puritanism. Purity. Puritanism is fear dressed in white. Purity is power.

In a sea of shadow and enervation, your purity makes you brighter. It lets you see brighter. It lets you perceive the truth of things more clearly than any news anchor, any politician, any priest, any authority on earth.

A pure nervous system is a centred nervous system. Harmonized. Attuned to the great Intelligence of life. Open to receive prana, chi, life force, through every breath, through the whole of your being. That channel closes when we are toxified. It becomes nearly impossible to hear what we are here to hear.

As you purify day by day, your life force rises. Your vibration rises. You begin to rise above the insanity. You begin to wake from the matrix slumber. You begin to hear the voice of God with greater depth and trust it more than any external authority. The royal divine voice of inner knowing begins to speak with unmistakable clarity.

And that voice guides you toward even greater purity. The spiral ascends.

The Great Remembering is not a concept. It is a living transmission. The reawakening of humanity’s deepest knowing, its connection to the sacred, to the divine, to the truth of what we are beneath all the poison and noise and manufactured amnesia.

And you are already inside it. Every impulse that brought you here, every moment of genuine seeking, every refusal to fully surrender to the numbness, that was the Great Remembering calling your name.
