CONTRACT

Much of modern Christianity unknowingly preaches a gospel of contract.

A contract requires two equal parties.

Both sides must agree.
Both sides must sign.
Both sides must fulfill the terms.

If one party refuses,
the contract collapses.

This is how many people imagine salvation.

If I believe the correct doctrine
If I say the right prayer
If I confess the right formula

then God will save me.

But if I do not,
the entire arrangement fails.

That is contract thinking.

COVENANT

A covenant is initiated by the greater party.

God establishes it.
God sustains it.
God fulfills it.

Human beings did not place themselves into covenant with God.

God placed humanity into covenant with Himself.

You cannot erase that covenant.

But you can refuse to participate in it.

REALITY VS EXPERIENCE

Something can be true without you experiencing it.

A blind man does not experience the sun,
but the sun still shines.

Truth does not disappear because someone cannot perceive it.

Scripture describes this as a veil.

The veil does not remove truth.
It only hides it from perception.

The kingdom is present,
but hidden from the carnal mind.

EVERY KNEE — EVERY TONGUE

Scripture speaks very clearly about the final revelation of truth.

Philippians says:

Every knee will bow.

Every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

Not some knees.

Not some tongues.

Every.

Isaiah says the same thing:

Every tongue will swear allegiance.

This is not the language of God permanently losing most of humanity.

It is the language of ultimate revelation.

THE RESTORATION OF ALL THINGS

Acts speaks about the restoration of all things.

Not partial restoration.

All things.

The entire biblical narrative moves toward reconciliation,
restoration,
and the unveiling of truth.

WHAT YOU SEE IN SCRIPTURE

The interesting thing about Scripture is that people can read the same book
and see completely different things.

Some see condemnation.

Some see restoration.

Some see fear.

Some see love.

Why?

Because the book does not only reveal God.

It also reveals the consciousness reading it.

What you resonate with in the text
often reflects the lens you bring to it.

The veil is not over the words.

The veil is over perception.

PARTICIPATION

People can absolutely refuse to participate in truth.

They can say the right phrases
but never seek transformation.

They can believe doctrines about Christ
while never putting on the mind of Christ.

That does not erase the covenant.

It only limits their experience of it.

THE INVITATION

The invitation has always been the same.

Repent.

Metanoia.

Change the mind.

Enter the secret place.

Allow the Spirit to illuminate the heart.

And discover that the kingdom you were waiting for has been present all along.

Truth does not disappear because it is unseen.
The covenant does not vanish when it is misunderstood.
And when the veil finally lifts…
every knee will bow to the light that was always there.
